2. Service Requests and Dispatch
- Requests are accepted by phone or through our website contact forms. Dispatch is confirmed verbally when you call.
- Quoted ETAs are estimates based on current traffic and driver availability and are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe conditions or locations outside our service area.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is provided upfront before service begins. Final charges are based on the confirmed quote.
- Additional fees may apply for wait time, after-hours service, or services not included in the original quote.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made with your insurance provider.
- We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting services, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request service.
- The vehicle information and location you provide are accurate.
- You will be present or have an authorized representative present when the driver arrives, unless prior arrangements are made.
5. Limitation of Liability
AZ Towing Pros will take reasonable care when handling your vehicle. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
- Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the direct cost of the towing service provided.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, or personal property inside the vehicle.
